How much time do I need per day?

45 to 60 minutes, 5 to 6 days a week. The program is built for people with full calendars, not people with nothing to do.

Do I need a gym?

A gym with basic equipment is ideal. If you travel or work from home, I'll adjust your program to what you have access to. No excuses, no missed weeks.

What if I travel during the challenge?

You'll get modified workouts that work with hotel gyms, bands, or bodyweight. Several of my clients travel constantly. The program travels with you.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Yes. The program is adjusted to your level. I've coached people from zero gym experience to competitive athletes through this same structure.

I've done programs before and they didn't stick. Why is this different?

Most programs aren't built to last. They give you a plan for what to do but nothing that makes the habit stick once the program ends. This one is different in structure, not just content. Five sessions a week for eight weeks, a group of people going through the same thing available every day, and a weekly call where nothing gets swept under the rug. By the time it's over, you're not finishing a program. You've become someone who trains.
